Mark Huffman is an entrepreneurial business developer and project leader with over sixteen years of experience developing international partnerships, managing multimillion-dollar programs, and delivering safety-critical solutions on time and within budget. His career spans multiple sectors, from defense and aerospace to global trade and community development,  reflecting both technical expertise and a people-first leadership style.

Mark has extensive experience developing business domestically as well as serving customers in Japan, South Korea, the UK, the UAE, Oman, and Canada. Mark has managed complex international defense avionics programs, earning a reputation for integrity, strategic foresight, and cross-cultural fluency.

Mark holds a Master’s in Engineering Management with a concentration in International Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Having completed certifications as both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, he brings both analytical precision and relational depth to every endeavor. Known for his faith-driven approach to leadership, Mark values integrity, excellence, and service in both his professional and personal life. Mark and his wife Emily live in central Texas and are blessed to have four children and a daughter-in-law. When the weather is cool, you will find Mark enjoying a hike or camping in a state park with his family.
