Clint Ivy has built his career on helping people and organizations navigate complex transactions with confidence. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, and finance, he has negotiated multimillion-dollar deals and guided large-scale projects from concept to completion.

Over the course of his career, Clint has been directly involved in the analysis and execution of more than $500 million in real estate transactions. His work has ranged from high-rise multifamily developments and residential subdivisions to more than $70 million in industrial property acquisitions. These roles gave him a front-row seat to every stage of the deal cycle – financial analysis, negotiation, structuring, and execution – while honing his ability to manage complexity and align diverse stakeholders.

Clint holds an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Today, he brings this breadth of transaction and investment experience into business brokerage, applying the same rigor, creativity, and client-first mindset to help business owners and buyers navigate one of life’s most important transitions.
