The M&A / Business Brokerage Industry

Mergers & Acquisitions / Business Brokering is one of today constant industries as it thrives in any economy. A business broker becomes a key component to selling the business in a confidential manner to qualified business buyers.
While some consider business brokering and commercial real estate brokering as the same; they are not. Real estate brokers sell commercial property with little to no interest or confidentiality in any business on said property. Business brokers sell the goodwill and assets of a business only, leaving any real estate interest to real estate professionals or attorneys.
Over the next two decades, experts say that the US can expect a record wave of businesses for sale. And one of the primary reasons? America’s retiring generation of Baby Boomer Business Owners.
