Currently serving as Executive Vice President of National and International Accounts at Quadra Commercial and an M&A Advisor at Lion Business Advisors, Bill works at the intersection of property expertise, retail site selection, and AI-powered analytics. His team leverages advanced insights to help clients evaluate opportunities with greater accuracy and confidence, delivering risk-adjusted strategies that improve ROI, support long-term growth, and raise the standard for commercial real estate strategy.

Before his current roles, Bill built an extensive track record in the industry, holding key leadership positions such as Director of Real Estate at Locate AI, Principal at The Advisory CRE in Austin, and Director at KW Commercial in Houston. His disciplined approach to leadership, high-stakes strategy, and precision is deeply rooted in his distinguished 21-year career in the United States Navy (1986–2007), where he specialized in Submarine Navigation.

Bill holds a Master of Arts in Business and Corporate Communications from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He remains highly active in both his professional and veteran communities, holding memberships with the ICSC, CCIM Institute, IFA, IBBA, and TABB, as well as the VFW, DAV, and the American Legion. Outside of his professional endeavors, Bill is a proud father of three and grandfather of five.
