Buyer Assistance Program

Our buyer assistance or buyer consulting program is designed for buyers that have a business, or a few selective businesses that they would like assistance with in negotiating and closing the deal.  Pricing for this program varies based on the scope of work and industry targets. 

Initial Retainer: Will cover up to 3 Deals over 3 Months

You’ll be matched with an M&A Advisor who will focus on helping you access buy-side opportunities. This M&A Advisor will expertly analyze, determine a fair market value, and help you craft an offer that works for you, the seller, banks, or investors.

Milestone Success: Each Successful LOI: 

A Milestone fee is charged once an LOI has been negotiated and countersigned/accepted. At this point the M&A Advisor will help you through the challenges of getting financing approved, due diligence completed, closing checklists completed, and all the inevitable surprises that pop up and try to kill your deal before closing (dealing with landlords, lawyers, CPA’s, and other brokers).

Milestone Success: Closing  Success Fee

The success fee is due at closing, once your deal crosses the finish line. 

Buyer Deal Sourcing

Our buyer deal sourcing program sources exclusive business buying opportunities for you! We will do outreach on your behalf to targeted business owners, on a monthly that fits your search criteria, and guarantee seller prospect introductions that have been interviewed and screened by our staff to ensure they are in the correct geography, and industry and would like to entertain an offer to sell.

Our unique deal sourcing program gets you on base, guaranteed. Pricing for deal sourcing is based on the scope of work and industry targets but is formatted on an initial setup fee and monthly retainer that will cover consulting from an M&A Advisor along with monthly co-branded marketing campaigns and a final success fee.
